i dont know if you can sorry
Lay a lot of paper towels under the garment stain with a plastic bag under the towels and pour rubbing alcohol on it, then blot the top to remove the stain. This may take a couple of times to remove it. I have removed ink stains this way before.
Iwould suggest rubbing acholol. blot with napkin.I also have a old homemade remedy is hairspray. hope this works! good luck!
There is a product you can buy anywhere called "Goo Gone" and it takes out any kind of stain. I use this on everything and it has never failed me yet. Try it, I know you will be pleased and if you don't want to spend the money, then try hairspray. but goo gone is best and it isn't that much money.
Good luck
Try milk. The ink may have to still be fresh, and not dried onto the fabric. My puppy once chewed an ink pen on my sofa slipcover. I put milk on it and let it soak. The milk turned blue and the ink was lifted from the fabric. - Whew.
spray it with WD-40 it removes ink,
